COST: What does it cost?
Bring your insurance card. We’ll make it easy and take care of all the insurance paperwork for you. If you’ve been in a car accident or on the job injury we have the forms for you to fill out and will submit them for you. Payment by cash, checks and credit card are welcome. Please don’t hesitate to ask our front office for a price list.
X-ray services are provided by Advanced Radiology, Boone Hospital, or MU outpatient imaging. Xrays, MRI’s, and CAT scans are billed separately, through the imaging center that you choose. If imaging is necessary then preauthorization will be obtained and discussed, including the cost, with you prior to scheduling the service.

A variety of payment options are available including medical insurance, car insurance, worker’s compensation. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, checks and payment plans. We accept most insurance plans including; United Health Care, Anthem Blue Cross, Healthlink, PHCS, Aetna, State Farm, Shelter, UMR, and Medicare. We do not accept CIGNA insurance at this time. Please ask our receptionist about the cost if you do not see your insurance carrier listed.
